What’s the difference between Care Net and Inspire Life?

Care Net is a pro-life ministry that encompasses more than 1,100 pregnancy centers now serving more than 370,000 women annually. Inspire Life is a campaign launched by Care Net at a time when abortion advocates wield power in Washington, D.C. Inspire Life is designed to reach the community with the latest information affecting the pro-life movement, to inspire them to get involved and to empower them to make a difference in their local communities through compassionate and practical action.

Is Inspire Life aligned with a political party?

The campaign is wholly apolitical. As a 501(c)3, Care Net never endorses political parties or candidates. Inspire Life is a resource for individuals who believe life is sacred and want to advance their values.

How can I find my local pregnancy center?

Please visit Option Line's website at www.optionline.org, click on "Find a Center," and enter in your information.  You will then see all of the closest pregnancy centers in your area.

Does Care Net/Inspire Life accept material donations?

Care Net National does not accept material donations, however, our local pregnancy centers do.  Please follow the directions above to find your local pregnancy center.

Planned Parenthood’s website says, “[B]eware of so-called ‘crisis pregnancy centers’. . . .They have a history of scaring women into not having abortions.” Is this true?

All Care Net pregnancy centers operate under strict ethical guidelines that require all clients to be treated with the utmost of care and integrity. All services are offered at the client’s request, including ultrasounds, material assistance, spiritual guidance, and many other services that empower women to choose life. With the patient’s approval, we use medical technology to reveal the truth about abortion — through videos, pictures, and other visual aids. The consequences to mother and child cannot be ignored. However, pregnant women we serve have no obligation to choose life, though 9 out of 10 do.

Is it really possible to make a pro-life difference in this political environment?

Absolutely! In the last two decades, America’s abortion rate has plummeted more than 25% — from 4,400 each day to 3,300. That means we still have a lot of work to do — but it’s up to us to keep that momentum growing.

How can I get involved?

  • Volunteer - Care Net pregnancy centers rely on a nationwide network of 30,000 dedicated volunteers. More are always needed. If you have a heart for the unborn, this is a wonderful way to make a difference.
  • Give - Unlike Planned Parenthood — which received $350 million in taxpayer funding last year — Care Net receives no government money. Your gifts are crucial.
  • Join Our Community - Sign up so you can receive special alerts and comment on articles. Also join us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, or watch us on YouTube.
  • Letters to the Editor - Send a letter to the editor of your local paper defending the sanctity of life. Use these customizable templates to get started.
